Congratulations Cesar and everyone at Dog Whisperer for being named Best Variety or Reality Show at the 2008 Imagen Awards honoring positive portrayals of Latinos and Latino cultures in television and film.

Cesar and his team have worked tirelessly over the last couple of years to make all dog owners out there the true pack leaders that they can be. He has provided guidance to troubled dogs, given confidence to dog owners and shown the world that even the most difficult situations can be worked thru with a little bit of empathy.

Cheers Cesar.

Greg Chapman is heading to L.A. to celebrate the Dog Whisperer's 100th episode. Submit your questions here to Greg so he knows what you want to see and hear during the live-blogging event that will be held during a special screening of the show.

As the personal owner of the Dog Whipserer Fan Email list, it has been my great privelege to be a part of the growth of the over Thousands of members who have been a part of the literal global change which Cesar , Ilusion and Team Millan have inpsired through their unending efforts and outstandng excellance!

The stories told in the blog files here, and in other Cesar gatherings, have been emulated on my yahoo email list by long time professionals who find Cesar's way to be a wonderful tool to assist therir clientel, to have long term lasting imporvements on both their dog/human and human/human relationships.

What has been even more astonishing is how people who can barely spell dog, much less REALLY know what to do with one that they implusely aquired, take Cesar's Way into their hearts, homes and lifestyles, both safely and effectively to do their part to reduce the problem dog situation no matter their country, no matter the culture, no matter their economic situation!

What is more important,is the changes that are happening in communities around the world where dogs are little more then useful objects, when one person who learns from the brilliant efforts of Team Millan turns around and starts touching others,by themselves becoming a shining star of inspiration, change andhope!

In a worrld so often cruel and over whelming to those of us working to help dogs to live better lives in the many, many ways we do, ~ the stories by Cesar and Team Millan have many times provided the fuel needed to keep getting up, keep moving forward...to never give up, and never surrender in our efforts to help others using the tools, techniques and resources that Cesar's way provides!

More then the "congradulations Team MIllan" for being recognized for the quality, quantity and nature of the success and long term change you all have effected, is a deep and heart felt "Thank You", for going the distance, through the many challenges you have overcome these past years!

Our hearts, to yours~
The beneficiaries of your combined synergy and outreach success!

Congratulattions on your success Cesar. You truely deserve it. It is wonderful to have programs on TV with some actual value. Your first book helped me a great deal with PorkChop and his first few months in my home and I am very greatful for you and your knowledge.

I have recently let PorkChop loose in my kitchen and he has chewed some corners of my kitchen furniture. I have tried the bitter spray and leaving him with as many as five toys but every few days he is back at it. When I'm home and tell him no, does he obey and walk away from it. I'm going to try and find some toys which may be more interesting for him. If you have any suggestions on ways of keeping his mouth off my furniture I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you, Rosa & PorkChop

I watch Cesar every chance I get. I have a 4 year old male intact border collie. He is extremely well behaved. I also know that there are always areas that need improvement. He has had to learn to walk on a leash since we moved away from the horse farm and into a city setting. I was struggling with him pulling on me all the time. After watching many shows and reading Cesar's book he now is a perfect gentleman on the leash. Now we have to work on the other quirks he has. Thanks to Cesar for all he does. I believe with out him intervening many dogs would be in shelters because their pet parents couldn't take it anymore. Beng that I use to train horses I understand what Cesar is saying and his ways of training are very similar to how I approached training the horses and my dog. Again congrats to Cesar and I can't wait to see what this next season brings!

How can I get my two female dogs to stop fighting and I can live with them in one room again??
I have to rotate my two dogs one is a english springer age 12 and the other is a femal huskie that is 3years old I am not sure who attacks who but the springer in the past has attacked other dogs for being by me BUT living and rotating the two all day long and in the evening is hard for me to sleep and sad for the dogs I am at my wit's end!! I live in MI a long ways from California and I don't know who else to call? Or ask for help? I love Cesar he is my hero and I watch him every time he is on tv and if I am working I tape it- I have brought several of his items for my dog like the Illision collar and leash which makes walking my dog so much easier I also have gotten several of my friends and family started on watching Cesar and they love him too---His books and dvd's are the best too!!Thank you

thank you for any kind of help you can do

All I can say is that you touched my heart with what you were able to do with Gavin. After your show I thnk about him all the time and I hope he is doing well. I am so happy that Gavin had some like you to be a part of his life.I would love to know how he is doing.

CONGRATS CESAR!!!!!!

WE ALL WANNA SAY YOU "CONGRATULATIONS"!!!!!!!!

I would like to know what Cesar thinks of public dog parks? I recently was in a situation where my Briard was being annoyed by another, smaller dog and my dog curled his lips and growled/barked at the other dog. That dog's owner tried to kick my dog (twice) citing he was aggressive and not taking any of the responsibility of controlling her dog herself. I was quite perplexed that a dog owner would try to kick another dog knowing full well that she could have gotten herself bitten! My dog typically likes to swim in the pond and doesn't really play with other dogs at the park. Should we just stop taking him to the park??

Kindest regards,

Beth

hola Mr. Millan

I would like to know if you can give me some tips on how to take care of a 2 pitbull my wife owns them but there is just some times that the dogs wont lisen they will run all around the house they use the hole hiues as a rest room and the both are males and they fight so we leave them in biffrent rooms. can you please e-mile me some tips

Cesar milan has certainly conveyed to my family that the best way to raise a dog is with calm assertive behavior and we are sincerely appreciative. I would ike to pointout a very important note from Cesar's "Be The Pack Leader Book". Only humans are willing to follow and unstable leader. That said, perhaps we should all elect our next President by our "gut feel" rather than what we are promised.
Thanks Cesar

Drew Britt

watched Ceasar last week and was the hour program about Gavin, the war dog (yellow Lab). I must comment that Gavin's owners appeared COLD and uncaring. I can see why GAvin zoned out, his owners were so COLD toward him. The woman treated him like a piece of equipment the military.
I felt so BAD when Caesar helped Gavin recover and he had to return to his owners. POOR GAVIN.
Why didn't Caesar deal with the nonemotional bond with the owners. How is the dog NOW, away from Caesar.......I am concerned about Gavin.......

Cesar:

What in the world would we do without you? Our planet is a much better place because you're here. Although we've never met, I LOVE YOU, MAN. Never, never stop doing what you do, teaching dogs and rehabilitating people.

I want to know if Cesar is working with Dogtown people? I think Cesar needs to help Dogtown trainers. Thank you!

I love Ceasar, he is an angel sent to all the dogs who really need him.
I can only pray that some day Ceasar can find the time to help all thoes wonderful dogs that Michael Vick has destroyed, my heart aches for thoes dogs, it saddens me to think that a human being can be so cruel. I think Ceasar is the only one who can help thoes dogs, I know he can work his magic, they really need him. I have watched Ceasar work magic on the dogs he works with and they are much happier now. I know it would be a life challenge for him but I know he could do it.
Thank you Ceasar for being the Angel from God for thes dogs.

We watch your program everyday @5pm and we love your show and we got a pure sheper dog and we know your tips have helped us with our dog Buddy but we need help for him to stop jump on people and we try everything with him but it doesn`t work so plzz ceasor can you help us with this prblem plzz and ty Beverley and Luc and Buddy

We take our rather small sheltie (about 13 pounds) to the dog park. Our park is enclosed with seperate sides for small and larger dogs. Trooper is fine on the small side but not many small dogs come to the park. Trooper loves other dogs, more than people even. We take him to the larger dog side but he cowers, runs between our legs and snaps at the dogs. But then again he loves to run after the larger dogs (the thrill of the chase!). What can we do to help him not be so afraid of the larger dogs?

I would just like to say thank you to Cesar for helping and curing the dog that had " post d. stress disorder" from Iraq. He never gave up on that wonderful dog. It truly touched my heart watching all the different things Cesar tried to help him untill he was all better, God puts people on this earth all for different reasons; and I believe Cesar was BORN for what he is extremely good at. The world needs more people like Cesar; I lite a candle at church today for Cesar, so the Lord will keep him safe and to thank him so very, very much for all he has done for the canine species. God Bless You!

Congrats C!

Why does my dog curl up or lay down in spaces that look too small and uncomfortable for him (e.g. under the kitchen table - no there are no food scraps there, under the bed, in between furniture) when he could strech and lay out in the open?

Thank you.

I just want to say I just watched the most moving show of the dog whisperer. I was about a women who was wheelchaired bound and had a dog named Beau. It was a wonderful show What Ceaser di for her was wonderful I would love ot write to her and encourage her. She is a wonderful person. God Bless for what you do.

Congratulations Cesar and to everyone at Dog Whisperer. More importantly, thank you for the guidance, love and concern that is your true calling for troubled dogs, and the education given to dog owners. In a larger picture, thank you for showing the world that even the most difficult situations can be worked thru and that the dogs problems have been caused usually by humans and we owe it to our canine friends to help fix what humans have caused. Thank you Cesar. It is also good to see you post again!

I have previously only owned one dog, so when I added a second dog to my pack this past December, it was a new and exciting experience for all of us. My question is in regards to when Jack (part dachshund, part chihuahua) and Maddie (chihuahua mix) 'play' together. They do what I assume is considered 'normal' behavior - jumping on each other, nipping and growling. My question is if it is okay when they start biting at each other on the neck - no blood is drawn or skin is broken, but they can get pretty rambunctious. I usually separate them when the volume gets loud and intensity high, but wonder if I let their 'play' go too far, or if I am being overly cautious when stopping their play when it is not necessary. Any insite would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
Happy 100th episode, Cesar!

Cesar, Congratulations on your show, we love you. Please don't stop doing what you do , this world needs more people like you! Again, Congratulations!!!!!!!

Dear Cesar:
I want to say that you are an amazing person. I love your show and I have already learned so much from watching the episodes. We have a yellow lab and a pom-chihuahua. Both dogs bark...a lot!! I don't know where to begin, or who to begin with. Our pom-chi is definitley alpha, but the lab competes for the alpha spot. They don't fight, they're just very vocal. Also, the pom-chi is aggresive. Can you help us learn how to deal with all this barking? Thank you for your suggestions. P.S. Would you ever consider coming to Wisconsin?
