100th Episode Celebration!!
One hundred episodes! It’s a sign of both success and longevity, two things I wish for the viewers of Dog Whisperer. From the West Coast to the East Coast, everywhere I go, the fans always greet and thank me and shake my hand. Without the fans, the show would be nothing and I wouldn’t be where I am today. So thank you!
Who would have thought that a Mexican farm boy would have his own television show in the United States? This achievement has shown me how blessed I truly am.
Dog Whisperer has taken me so many places and introduced me to so many wonderful people. I’ve worked with over 300 dogs and their owners on the show and each one has taught me something new. The 100th Episode celebration included over 100 dogs coming together, creating one, calm-submissive pack. Together, we created balance. It was beautiful.
I take great pride in the fact that there are so many aspiring Dog Whisperers out there. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for supporting me, trusting me, and watching the show with your families. Thank you for seeing that change is possible and not giving up on what your dog can achieve. Thank you for making your dog an active part of your life and taking the steps to create balance, one dog at a time.

Congratulations!
Your 'calm and assertive' energy transcends over the airways to all. Thanks Ceasar. Here's to another 100 episodes.
Dear Ceasar,
In watching your 100th show, I found out you loved Lassie. Well, my best friend Karla McTighe, her family breed and raised the "Lassie's" that were on the show. Just wanted to share!
I hope, in some way, you get this message. Just a little history about your hero!
Only 3 comments? no way!!!
Caesar, I'd like you to know that I attended the Iowa State Veterinary Tech conference last month. There I was THE ONLY PERSON in a classroom of maybe 50(mostly women) who were completely sold on saving dogs lives by making them adoptable by "being kind to them". Nothing was mentioned about "alpha", nothing was mentioned about "discipline", nothing at all was said about "trust" between animal and human developed by becoming the leader! When I made mention of it...I was nearly massacred!!! I was shocked by their ignorance! I was shocked that this woman who ran this non-profit was actually in any kind of business at all...she's got to have dogs that are all 'accidents waiting to happen!' I was DARED to mention YOUR NAME!!! Hell no! Not after what kind of response I'd just gotten! I looked around me and just laughed at the lot of them! They are going to call themselves VET TECHS and don't know how to relate to a dog as the leader? Am I missing something?
I even use your methods on my horses! it works completely. I love to watch your shows...it reinforces my belief that I'm on the right track. After all, YOU are the one with 100 episodes on NatGeo...not the idiot who was spewing idiocy!
H Cesar!
My name is Mimmie and I'm from Sweden. I just want to gratulate you for your success! You are a true rolemodell for all the dog owners and a real best friend for man's best friend.
I would love to work/live with dogs the way you do, but I don't have that special calmness and self-confident that you possess. Especially around dogs like pitbulls and such. I tried to work on it, but I know that when a pitbull for example walks in the same room as me, I get insecure. And then I know that they can take control over me, when it should me the other way around.
So I wonder, how did you learn to be so calm around all types of dogs? How did "red zone dogs" get to be your specialty?
My english is not so good, but I hope you understand what I mean and mayby could give me some tip?
Keep up your work - you're truly making a difference!
Love,
Mimmie
Cesar... I am watching one of your shows right now [recorded on my DVR.] It displayed on the TV screen that you have this Blog. So - I thought I would add my thoughts along with others. You are awesome. You have helped me correct some unwanted behavior in my black lab, Diego, and in doing so... we are both much happier!! I not only learn from your show, I am thoroughly entertained, as well. Congrats on your success, but more importantly, thanks for being such a positive energy source on our planet! :-) ~Suzanne
Cesar: Congratulations on your 100th Episode! I'm so excited about the next 100. Every time I watch your show it amazes me that we as people are more reluctant to change our behavior than the dogs themselves. Hay Dios mio!! Thank you for making a difference! I have a cat and I also give him discipline and affection, I'm working on the exercise! LOL!
Congrats Cesar!!!. I love the show and I cant tell you enough times over how much its helped me. You really do change lives. You are a great role model. Keep it up. :)
But I do have a question..maybe one of the ppl commenting here or even you Cesar could help me with. I have a 3yr old Golden Retriever, Lexi. She is wonderful. She's so timid and sweet, her best friend is a Cat. lol. I dont even need a leash when I walk her..she doesnt wander too far..and if I start to feel uncomfortable I just call her back..and she trotts back over to see what I'm up to. Sounds nice? There's one problem. She eats the cat poo!!! from his litter box. So..just shut the door to the laundry room so she can't eat it right? Well then we have cat poo and urine on the floor..the cat goes when he feels like it..and that can be any time at all. So..how do I stop Lexi from doing this? I'm worried its gonna make her sick. She's eating all the cat litter on the poo too. Any advice? please help. Dani from VA
hey cesar, i just want to say congratulation onyour 100 episodeo.
CESAR: I have watched all your episodes and love them. Question though - why do you rarely have Shelties on your programs? I'd like to think that it's because they are so well behaved, but unfortunately I know better. I have a 10 year old female, Cleo, who is so aggressive, she pulls my fence boards off. When I walk her, I have to lay on top of her or she will attack passer bys. I need your help. She's house bound most of the time or subject to the back yard. I can't take her out front, it's always ugly. She has a baby sister who is starting to take on some of the same behavior issues. Where can I send a video?
Congratulations!
You deserve it, You can change the world and the way we as humans interact and live with our dogs.
You are a blessing to the humans and the dogs!
Dear Cesar,
911!!! I need help. I have tried to find a way to put this to help you better understand my pack of dogs. Let me tell you how many animals I have first. Then I will get into the problems with each. Bubba (1) pitbull/boxer mix, Juno (2) pitbull, P.D. Short for parot dog... (2) Lab wolf mix, Hannibal (2-3) American Bull dog.
I got bubba the same way I got Juno I rescued their mother from a pit fighting farm here in texas. Bubba was born with flat puppy syndrome and when I asked the vet what to do he said put it down there is nothing you can do. we did our reserch and found this pattern for a puppy brace and made it and within 2 days he was up and running with all the other puppies! So i have an attachment to him. I dont want to have to give them up Cesar please help. Bubba Chew's, Barks, and drags me on walks. He has never been aggressive and i have socialized him well with other dogs but when i comes to humans I want him to go places with me. I work at a pet store and I would love for my other employee's to get to love him just as much as I do. but i dont dare untill he gets help cause it doesnt matter what I say to him or do he still barks and charges. My mother would like to go on walks with all the dogs with me but unfortunatly she has had major kneck surgery a while back and can not have the dogs jerking her every which way. I have tried everything. They have destroyed my mothers house. I have been fixing it but between work and them I dont really have much time. Along with the 4 dogs I have 3 cats 2 are mine and one is my step fathers. 7 guinea pigs, 1 bird and one rabbit. Yes I have a zoo and I love each and everyone one of my zoo habbitants.
Please help?
Juno has separation issues. She will chew and tear up things around the house. Hannibal is so high strung he just cant come near you or you will have several bruises just from his tail alone. and PD well he has been a work in progress. He was my fiances dog. i just recently lost him 3 weeks ago. to a sudden and massive heart attack after one of our walks. He listens only when he wants to and he is so gentle but him and hanibal have this possetion problem between them over me or my older sister. they are fine untill one of us walks in and loves one either of them or both of them. they just go at it. I want children and i cant have them untill my first children get there stuff straight. please is there anything you can do?
Congradulations also to the 100th show i watch it every night when i come home from work!

Hi, just want to keep in touch, “Wheat’s with Sam”, we still have Sam, were hoping to get the video sent this week with help from our son’s video camera were waiting for to get his behavior problems all in action. My husband has started some serious disciplinary action with him, but I cannot see any change in him yet, unless he has on the bark collar we purchased. We could really use some help and hope when you see his behavior on the video you will think those people really!!! Need some help!!!!!! with that dog. Some times, he behaves in the red zone and other times he’s like an angel?? Somewhat scary, huh?
Thanks, Carol Wheat
Hey,
It's Carol W, Sam's doing much better with the bark collar on. Is this ok to use, it's working?? He doesn't bark like he's going to rip into the visitor if he could anymore. The aggression was way out of hand! After the aggression he showed to our grandbaby, we had to do something immediate! a quick adjustment or get rid of Sam immediately!
I still do not trust him though and I’m not sure that I will ever I torn, a love scared relationship.:(
Cesar, please help us!
I hope you read these emails. I hope you received my other notes regarding Sammie
Cesar...congrats on the 100th show!, but PLEASE please stress to people, that just like a child, which a new dog in the home would be like, if you don't have the experience or knowledge, it's best on both parts, not to go there. Obviously YOU can teach(behavior modification) a dog, but probably no better than myself, but we're definately the exceptions to the rule, but for the most part, people don't have a clue to the obligations, the time and effort that it takes to have a truely happy human/dog relationship, especially if the dogs is an "indoor" type, but that's another issue unto itself. Here's to another 100 shows!!

Hi Cesar! I was not able to see the entire episode on the Dogs On Parole. I just recently was released from Federal Prison Camp in Greenville, IL. They have the P.A.W.S (Prisoners Assisting With Support Dogs) program there. I never had a dog ever in my life (I was 39 at the time) and decided to join the program as a way of giving something back to the community. I'll tell you when they put Stanley a full bred yellow lab in my arms I was hooked. They taught us a lot of the same basics that you do. To make a long story short, Stanley didn't make the Support Dog program because he barks at kids. He was already placed with a family as a pet, when I inquired about him to get him as my dog when I got out. About 1 month after that, I got an e-mail that said the family who had Stanley had a life changing event and could not keep him, and if I wanted to adopt him. Needless to say I said yes. He will be here Friday, January 9 and I can't wait. Thank you for the wonderful teaching you do. It helps the human race trememdously!! Maybe Greenville might be a place on your list one day... I know Support Dogs in St. Louis who sponsors the program with the prison would love it and so would the girls there. All the best... Marianne
I own the most awesome 4 lb male yorkie! He is very obedient, isnt yappy, does many tricks and has a beautiful dispostition when it comes to people. However, my little guy- I think -believes he is a cat! He has always been around cats constantly. He plays with my 16 lb Siamese Ragdoll, its his buddy! Everytime we take him around other dogs he gets extremely anxious and uncomfortable. Has anyone else ever had this problem?
Were did you get thous FABULOUS skates ...Ive been looking all over the web for them, to NO avail. Please let me know, my russian spitz"booger" and I are always looking for new ways to be out and about.
