*New Episode* Chihuahua from Hell!
Meet El Diablo in an All-New Episode of Dog Whisperer this Friday, 8P et/pt!

NAME: El Diablo
BREED: Chihuahua
AGE: 3-years-old
ABOUT THE DOG:
In 2007, a hungry, human-aggressive, stray Chihuahua was found by shoppers in a Wal-Mart parking lot. The dog, deemed El Diablo, was taken to Lane County Animal Services, where he was spotted by Luv-a-Bull pit bull rescue owner Liesl Wilhardt. Liesl adopted El Diablo and soon found out the road to Hell is paved with good intentions. El Diablo refuses to have a leash put on him, snaps at anyone who approaches, and threatens to unravel Liesl's balanced pack of pit bulls.
ABOUT THE OWNER:
Liesl Wilhardt founded Luv-a-Bull pit bull rescue in 1999, in Eugene, Oregon. She has a Master's degree in theology from Harvard University was originally going to teach Buddhist studies. She has successfully used acupuncture on her dogs for many years and believes practicing Buddhism has greatly helped her with the dogs. Her motto is "Place, Pack, and Purpose."
BEHIND THE SCENES:
Liesl designed and built the entire Luv-a-Bull sanctuary from the ground up, specifically to suit the dogs' needs. Daily exercise is a priority for her and the pack, including 2 ½ hours runs each morning, 2 ½ hours walks in the evening, and two 40-minute, less strenuous walks for the puppies and older dogs.

i have a pit with a little lab mixed in him. hes been neutered and can be the sweetest loving dog to me (girl) and other women. when a man (other than my brother who bought him) he doesnt trust until an entire awkward process where he growls, barks, growls and gets in my lap to guard me. he attacked my roommates older girl boxer and now im terrified he cant be around ANY dog ever again. i dont know how to successfully have him play with other dogs as well as get him to trust men. he controls me. i know he does, i dont know how to be the boss of him. i love him so much and want him to respect me not think hes the head of the house.
I have a 5 year old chihuahua named Peanut... She is aggressive , even more now since we moved to Michigan. We used to live in a house with 6 people and another dog... A big mixed breed and she was ok... She did bark at people that came into the house but stopped after a while.. But now that it's just me and her in a house she is getting worse especially towards my brother in law and my sister's dog. I just don't know what to do anymore. She's a great dog but she is getting nastier. Now to she is home alone for most of the day and sometimes she won't even come out of the bedroom and gets nasty when I go near her in her bed. Peanut is my baby. I love her and she is driving me nuts a little.
Luv-a-Bull was created through generous donations.
Sorry it is a dang dog and has no religious belives and for all my dogs, a one a year needle, sans one, is not something they like.
OK, on chihuahuas, I don't personally like the breed, but I don't like cats and nothing is wrong with either form of animal. Cat people just accept a cat takes control of them, not that case if a dog person owned them. I think chihuahas are the same, cute little dog that is babied.
For all people, the dang dog, no matter how cute or smalls is derived from a wolf or wild dog about 100,000 years ago. For sicence that is as far back as we can go, dogs go back much farther. ..
I don't care what breed a dog is or anthing else, it is still dog. I will help us more than we can than it for but dog have pretty much all five senses that are better than a humans so only the human brain will make us alpha.
On dogs, ya never really hit one and you never tie them up, how you train them is up to the dog to some case. Ya never think of one as your children, ya didn't give birth to them. My dogs probably know wife as mommie, maybe, of me as daddie, but they are never kids. They are bother or sister, close to the most human term I will give to a dog.
Over all don't runin a good dog with human stuff, they be a dog. Cesar is a great trainer of dogs cause he understands a dog. Ya don't get a cute dog, as first dog, and not ask for advice. I had my dad, most people with a dog has someone they know that might know something about a dog. After six months old, many dogs and humans will be best off doing a training class. I think all first time owners of a pup should read some book on them before they go out looking and have a dog adopt them with the eyes.
I congratulate The National Geographic Channel for having this wonderful and educating Program " The Dog Whisperer on Television ; Cesar Millan is a TRUE PROFESSIONAL ; please do keep him, showing us his Capacity and Knowledge in understanding Dogs.

This episode really touched me. I was so sad for the little "devil dog", and was so relieved of the happy outcome for the little guy. I have such a great respect for Cesar Millan and all the good he does for all of these precious animals. He is truly a man with a special gift and we should all learn from him. You are #1 in my book, Cesar! God Bless You!!!
Did Rakim ever get sent to Luv A Bull? He was the dog Cesar
was swapping for El Diablo?
I thought it was great to see the transformation of this dog. I really liked that he changed the dog's name to Sammy Davis, Jr.! I loved how Cesar worked with him and led him to be a balanced dog! Yay, Cesar!
