Misbehaving Bella

NAME: Bella
BREED: Boston Terrier
AGE: 2 years
ABOUT THE DOGS:
Bella came from a local breeder. His owners wanted a small-to-medium sized dog that would be good with a family. In December, 2006, they brought Bella into the house while their son Ryan was asleep. The next morning, he woke up to find Bella and was ecstatic.
Times have changed. As soon as Ryan wakes up in the morning, he is tormented by Bella. Wherever he is, Bella is waiting. She'll bite at his feet or if he's on the couch with a blanket, she pulls his blanket off. It's gotten to the point that Ryan will get up on the table to avoid her.
ABOUT THE OWNERS:
Kris and Lisa are both novice dog owners. However, about three and a half years ago, Lisa and their son Ryan, then 5, began campaigning to get a puppy. Kris resisted their pleas at first, but it wasn't long before his wife and son wore him down.
BEHIND THE SCENES:
Bella is a thief and will take and chew anything she can get her teeth on. For example: remotes, shoes, baseball gloves, balls, homework, school art projects, sofa cushions, TV antennas, and Christmas trees. That's right! Last Christmas, Bella pulled down the family's 7-foot Christmas tree while they were out!
