Exclusive excerpts from Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan: Ultimate Episode Guide

Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan: The Ultimate Episode Guide is now in bookstores! Featuring every story from the first three seasons, plus behind-the-scenes secrets and Cesar tips, this new book is a MUST HAVE for Dog Whisperer fans and dog lovers everywhere.

Revisit three of your favorite episodes in these exclusive excerpts:

Princess: Jeanie Buss, executive vice president of operations for the Los Angeles Lakers, is one of the highest-ranking female executives in professional sports. But the biggest stress in her life comes from dealing with the split personalities of her Maltese, Princess. At times, the fluffy dog is cute and cuddly, but often in the presence of company, Princess is hardly a princess. Jeanie's boyfriend and coach of the L.A. Lakers, Phil Jackson, has given her the nickname of Cujo because of her gnashing teeth and ferocious barking. Jeanie feels it's her fault that Princess Cujo now tries to attack and bite the Laker team members and any other visitors to her office. "I think I need some training," she says.

Bubba: Six years ago, Heidi and Hal Wasserman brought home an overly pampered three-year-old Maltese. Now at age nine, this adopted "son" Bubba has become an insufferable spoiled brat, especially when it comes to his intolerance for being left alone. To keep the peace in their home, the Wassermans have to take Bubba everywhere they go, something that Hal doesn't seem to mind. Hal, who has difficulty walking, simply pops Bubba into his electrified sit-down scooter and motors next door to their office.

Bandit: Lori Ovanessian had always dreamed of getting her thirteen-year-old son Tyler a dog so he could have the kind of warm, loving experience she remembered from her own childhood pets. They found an adorable Chihuahua over the internet- a diminutive male with a masklike mark over his eyes. They named him Bandit. Both Lori and Tyler looked forward to sharing the irreplaceable experience of raising a loving dog together.

This little one is finishing up Cesar's other best seller and anticipates reading his new one!

Why do I have to listen to Erectile Dysfunction commercials during Prime Time. My children must endure this painful nusiance also. I change the channel to some other, any other channel with suitable content...including commercials. How much money is social dignity worth. I hope it is enough because I refuse to put up with it.

Could Cesar remind everyone of the importance of spaying/neutering his pet? Also, could he comment on the horrors of puppy mills?

I loved this weeks episode with the two golden ret.. I own to of them Major is 9 and Mariah is 1 1/2. They are full of energy and love to be with people . Thanks for the tips on how to calm them down .. I have recently started walking them together .. everything is fine so far not sure what will happen if we come across a loose dog ..

I have never seen an episode on problems with German Shephards. We have one that doesn't stop barking though the fence at the neighbors dogs and tries to chase rabbits up the hill and across the street. He doesn't come back when we call him and he was almost hit by a car twice.

Cesar has done several episodes on various problems. Barking & chasing animals doesn't just happen with shepherds. You need to watch Cesar's programs in relation to the problem being worked on, not the BREED of dog being worked with.

I THINK CESAR SHOULD DO A "SPECIAL" DOG WHISPERER ON PUPPY MILLS & EDUCATE ALL THE DOG LOVERS!

I THINK CESAR SHOULD DO A "SPECIAL" DOG WHISPERER ON PUPPY MILLS & EDUCATE ALL THE DOG LOVERS!

I concur with Kim's suggestion about doing a show (or more than one) about puppy mills! I would add that showing the connection between the mills & seemingly respectable pet shops should be added -- most people think that buying an animal at a store is the only (even the best)way to acquire a good pet.

Dear Ceasar,
Hi, I am from Western NC and need your help badly!

My 5-mo old Boxer "Pickles" is a chewer. She chews her leash, shoes, socks, and furniture. She will do so right in front of me and will return to the items EVEN if I correct her and give her her million and one toys, bones, etc. I now kennel her until she has to potty, but HATE doing this. I want her to be a PART of the family, not simply stored away from the family.

We also have 3 other little dogs, and they do not chew. It seems she does this for attention, but we give her TONS!

I now have her in a kennel, but I DO let her out to play, eat, and go potty. What else can I do. You ALWAYS seem to have such simple answers for the worst problems. So, I decided to ask you Ceasar.

She chewed an antique table today, and I am lost in how to stop this behavior. I am loving & patient with her, but she seems to take advantage of that. PLEASE HELP PICKLES & I?

Blessings,
Jewel

Dear Cesar Millan

This isn't a comment this is a question. My dog Lola(Lola is a miniature Dalmation) has been in our house since February and it seems like she hasn't adapted to her environment. She is afraid of my dad, our neighbors and other people when they come to our house. I was wondering if you could give me advise to help Lola adapt. If you could help me I would be very greatful

Sincerly;
The girl that needs help for her dog

Dear Cesar,
I need your help. I have a problem my dog is constantly running away and the women who he goes to called the police and he said that if he runs again the will be forced to kill him. I'm only 12 and I love Smokey (my dog)and I hate to see him forced to live on a chain where all he can do is run in circles. I watch your show everyday hoping that there will be something on the topic but there isn't so I need help!

I know that you don't really come on request but your my last hope. I've had lots of people come out and say just get rid of him.And I can't. Sometimes It's like he's the only one who's really my friend. He's a 2 year old black lab and rotwhiler mix. Please hurry I need help!
