Where is the power line that is being fixed located? I missed the first part of the show. It looks like New Jersey.

I loved this episode. My husband is a Journeyman Lineman in California and works extremely hard. I finally feel that this show proved what all of us already know. These guys are heroes too. I have excellent pictures from our recent Gustav and Ike hurricane. People are still out of power after two months. Thanks again,
Michelle Short

Where can i buy a copy of this episode? I caught the last half hour and would like to see it all. Thank you

When will this air again??

Most of this show was filmed at the PSE&G Edison Training Center off Route 1.

Great episode! Where can I purchase the DVD?

They're showing it again Sunday at 6E if you missed it.

only the first 10 minutes of the show was at edison. some shots were in branchburg and in florence. I am proud to be part of that group of guys.

Where was the training portion done? I thought it said Massachusetts?

YOu asked about something that needs to be fixed how about a engine or engine commponet on a curise ship or oil tanker.

You want something to fix? - How about the economy - national debt structure - or congress?

you went all out with this electeical epesode. im in the electrical field mysel,i learned a bunch of info by watching your show.

When are you going to fix a wind turbine?

We perfrom HDLS (High Definition Laser Scanning) for large mining equipment (Rock Crushers, Kilns, these are very, very large items and feel this would be a great show! I would love to discuss it further. We work for very large mining equipment manufacturers (i.e. FLSmidth, METSO Minerals, BHP Biliton, etc...) if interested email me. I have photos and images to wet the pallette.

I wonder how they got this show off the ground. Why would someone let them in to film the servicing of a nuke plant or some of the other fixes they work on. It can't be for money. These fixes must cost tens of millions to accomplish...what would an extra million from Nat Geo offer

Hello to all!
I'd first like to say I enjoy the show and you’re doing a wonderful job keep up the good work!
I have an idea for a show that might be of some interest, I was wondering how hard of a job is it to change the warning lights on top of television transmitter antenna towers, water towers, and skyscrapers. After doing a little online research, I came across a news article from KARE 11 Saint Paul Minnesota which explained in detail the process of changing a warning light on top of their own 1,440 foot tower. Here is the link: http://www.comtrainusa.com/CT/News/Lightbulb/news_article.aspx.htm
I was amazed that a person would climb all the way to the top carrying all the necessary tools and safety equipment plus the light bulb itself, also there is the risk of radiation burns. I believe that this would make for a great episode of Worlds Toughest Fixes. I hope my show idea sparks some interest. After all those red warning lights are necessary for safe air travel. Thanks for considering my show idea, and I look forward to all your future episodes!

Not a suggestion for a fix but has anyone else tried to post a new thread on the Fixes forum?
