Preview: Kingdom of the Blue Whale
In the stunning clip below, explorers catch the first glimpse of a baby Blue Whale at the Costa Rica Dome.
And may I add, Tom Selleck's narration is fantastic throughout this documentary.

First of all I'd like to say that I love the NGC channel. The special episode of blue whales is magnificent. I've never seen an in depth research on the worlds largest creature ever. Thank you for broadcasting the show. I am touch by these amazing whales and many other creatures that I've come to know by watching these great shows. I also want to help out one day by investing in the companies that protect our animals and their habitat. As of right now I wanted to write to NGC to give a suggestion to help save the whales and other sea creatures. Maybe it will work or maybe it won't. My idea is that there are many ships and boats that travel through the ocean and large sea creatures occur from the collision with these vessels. Can someone invent an instrument to put under the boats and ships to scare away or warn the fishes before they get too close to the propeller or other parts of the ships. Maybe the drivers of the vessels can shut down their engines until the animals pass by. How about an international squad inforcement to oversee our ocean from poachers and accidents. Please give me a feed back.
While I certainly enjoyed the film, I was disappointed that, though there were numerous mentions of the whale sounds, none were shared with the viewer. I think including those sounds in the audio of the film would have accentuated the points that were being made, and, added to the majesty of the animal being filmed! At several points during the documentary, it seemed that the sounds were just about to be played, then, nothing...
beautiful animals I hope that survive man and Japan
