help

I couldn't find a help button. Lost my glasses, so I'll bet it's here somewhere and I'm missing it. I wanted to upload a pic to my profile, and I can't figure it out. I find the pic and then select it and "save" and it tells me to choose an image to upload. What am I doing wrong? Do our pros give technical education as well?
